Module 3 : Session 5

I jz knw this is the Module 3.. which I think we've missed Module 1 and I definitely do not know what actually Sophie had missed before. Well, I'll check with her Teacher Effa soon!!

I always loved this song whenever they just started the class. Alhamdulillah... Sophie has learned a lot nowadays especially on how to sing the phonics song. This is the 4th session and we missed the 5th session since we went to PD for family gathering... Can't wait for the next session!

2011 PGCE - her sweet time, mommy's pressure risen up high

On 5-8 March, in conjunction of 2011 PGCE (Petroleum Geology Conference & Exhibition), as OC Hubby and I had to be in KL Convention Centre for the preparation. We’ve checked-in in Traders Hotel, and I rushed out to KL Convex to make sure everything interrelated with Venue, was in order. So that 1st day, Sophie was around, bother people around to just vented out her needs..hehehe.. There was Uncle Aiman, Uncle Garry, Uncle Ali, Aunt Suraya and Aunt Fatma who have been ‘kacau’ by Sophie. Her special treatment especially to Uncle Aiman for been spoiling her with McD, was running around playing with her and treated her like a princess. Same goes to her Aunt Suraya and Aunt Fatma. I was lucky Sophie was quite behaved this time which made everything easier for me. Fortunately, my OC frens were so understanding and treated Sophie nicely even she’s been so ‘manja’. I definitely won't talk about how stressful I was during the preparation till the event itself, because it surely reminded me of my stress level ;). I'm glad everything's over now.... At first, I was planning to take Sophie to swim in Traders; in fact I brought her swimsuit and the floater. I bet she would be much happier if that could happened, but since the Sky Bar was quite packed with people, I did not feel the comfort to swim. So, I filled up the bathtub with the foam and bubbles, waited for few minutes and voila!! Sophie enthusiastically went into the tub without question and took her sweet time alone. Her daddy pulak has called Room Service since we were so tired to go around eating dinner. We also planned to send Sophie to her grandma’s that nite since we had plan with our frens, Hakam n Irina. Poor Sophie, she had no chance to get her beauty sleep in Traders.

in the midst of PGCE preparation, she's also 'busy' with her 'thing'. Spongebob Sticker book. monitored by her daddy ;p loved her new RL dress.. gonna buy more ;) See... she's perfectly behaved while doing her 'thing'... i'm proud of you, my dear..

However, we had a great time of course.. the next day, her grandma sent her back to us in KL Convex so that she had a chance to mingle around with my friends and their children as well. I was quite impressed to see how lovely Sophie and Sofia when they just took abt 2 mins to know each other and been so friendly. I really loved the way they have interacted; even it’s been just a moment for them. If we have Hannah around, I bet it would be so-called nursery chaotic then in 2011 PGCE…. Hahaahaha!!!

Playhouse Disney Birthday Book

Yeah!! O Yeah.. Finally after 4 photos submitted to Playhouse Disney Asia in Singapore, we managed to get to be aired in Playhouse Disney Birthday Book. This was 1st time I tried to send the photo, and succeed. Alhamdulillah.. unfortunately, we did not have the chance to watch her aired in the whole month of February. As they told us, they can't be sure when is the exact timing and date that our child to be featured in the Birthday Book, since they have a lot of photos to be aired. So they will featured them batch by batch.. even we did try to stay on during those timing given, we did not lucky enough to see her on TV..so sad..

It's ok then.. Hubby's colleague, Suhana was the one mentioned to us about seeing Sophie on TV.. and so did my colleague. So lucky!! even that time we didn't received any confirmation letter saying that Sophie would be on TV for the Birthday Book. Then after few days, this letter came up in our mailbox.. with the complimentary stickers for Sophie. I was hoping to see her on TV and vid captured during aired, but unfortunately we did not succeed. Hmmm.. xder rezeki kan.. But I'm so happy that I managed to get her photo inside one of their Birthday Book ;).. i will try again for next year.. or maybe for her lil' sis ..
